Who I Am

My name is Theresa Hocken, and I am the owner and operator of Signed & Sealed LLC. I have worked in public safety for 27 years as a dispatcher.  I have a wealth of experience in dealing with various types of documents.  I am also a trusted member of the community, having volunteered for various causes and organizations. I am passionate about helping people and providing quality service.
